My journey into digital marketing began with copywriting during my studies at Addis Ababa University. I knew developing strong writing skills would serve me well in business, so I immersed myself in learning. Upon graduating, I was hired at Xenon Digital where I focused on crafting engaging copy and strategies. From there I grew into managing digital efforts at ASHEWA Technologies, overseeing a team of ten people working remotely and on-site. I took pride in using organic campaigns, Google ads and social media to meaningfully increase engagement for clients. Throughout my 4 and a half years of experience, I acquired additional skills in SEO, paid media, graphic design, video editing and analytics. Seeking international experience, I spent time remotely working for DSLX, a company based in Spain, where I developed long-form articles to attract new customers. I also brought my analytics expertise to Spark Coaching LLC in Chicago, creating an impactful presence for their important mission. Now, I've joined Perceptive Marketing Solutions where I aim to deliver results through SEO, paid media and more. Throughout my career partnering with over 18 companies, I've honed skills like optimizing ecommerce and monitoring substantial budgets, including managing over $3,000 in paid advertising campaigns. I also enjoy mentoring teams to succeed. My approach emphasizes thorough understanding of client goals and audiences. I couple analysis of metrics with creativity to continually raise performance. Whether managing budgets, drafting compelling copy or editing videos, I approach each project with passion and care for the fine details.
